About this project

DTalk is an internal AI-powered chatbot developed at DT Services and Consulting to enhance knowledge accessibility across the organization. Integrated within Microsoft Teams, it enables employees to query internal documentation and receive concise, LLM-generated answers derived from SharePoint content. The system’s knowledge base is maintained through an automated document processing pipeline to retrieve, compare, and embed SharePoint pages and documents into a vector store. Additionally, the chatbot supports private one-on-one interactions through the implementation of Microsoft Azure Bot Services and Microsoft Teams Apps to ensure secure and personalized user experiences.
